We were originally expecting everyone to follow the rules. However, two players have not done so: Okamoto Keisuke and Hayami Tenjo. We do not know the full circumstance both of you were under (i.e. Sending in your vote before I had posted, etc), but it was your full responsibility to have at least let one of us know. Assuming that you have both read the thread, prior. In that case, there are consequences that you will have to bear, understanding that you have both jeopardized those who honestly voted, to actually win something, and our attempt at giving every truthful player a prize. Therefore, we ask you to please follow under these conditions for your own mistake.
Okamoto Keisuke: Since you joined a tier without saying anything, you should take the responsibility by choosing the lowest graded prize. To clarify, you should have posted, assuming you read the thread, so that we would all have known.
Hayami Tenjo: Please abstain from taking a prize. To clarify, this is due to the fact that you joined a tier that was already full. You would have also known this, and quite possibly had the ability to change it, because the public thread allowed for you to view so.
Again, I believe these ramifications of your actions are appropriate and fair on behalf of the other players who wished to play this with complete honesty. To keep it fair for everyone who was, we have to work things out in this manner. We know that we're asking for a lot, but at this point, it is the only thing that we can do to ensure maximum profit for everyone. I hope you can understand. Thank you for your cooperation.

Okamoto Keisuke: In the event that someone else doesn't send stuff to me or something like that, I will try to take your preferences into account. Please send stuff anyway. I'll do what I can.
Hayami Tenjo: If someone else wishes to sacrifice their prize for you, your preferences will matter. Please send them in and I'll do what I can.
I would like to avoid having anyone walk away from this game disappointed, so try to work with me.

The one that noone else wants. As I said, if someone else abstains, then they'll get that instead.

Also, I apologize for the rough treatment that Kimura has given. Ideally, I want everyone to walk away happy. Someone is going to be prize-less, and this is actually quite annoying as far as I'm concerned. This was our one chance to charge the dealers for everything they have, and we blew it.

I'm sorry that I have caused trouble. I didn't even know there was a public thread, neither was I informed of anything. All I did was read "Negotiation Round: Rules" and then sent in my vote because of the deadline. I'm apologize for not following the rules. I don't mind not receiving a prize, no one doesn't need to sacrifice their prize for me or anything. Once again I am terribly sorry.

Another possibility is that a winner who receives a yen prize may choose to share it with you.

No it's alright. Someone shouldn't sacrifice their rightful prize, because I messed everyone up. I feel guilty and it would be worse if someone gave me something.

Okamoto Keisuke: I'm happy to tell you that someone else in your group has decided they do not wish for any specific bronze level prize.
Bronze players: I have successfully determined a method in which everyone but one person gets their first or second choice. The last person has decided they do not mind what prize s/he gets.
Silver players: I have determined half of us. 2 players have an equivalent list, and I do not wish to select on my own. As a result, I ask everyone in that group to PM me a list NOT INCLUDING THE SWITCHEROO! The switcheroo is considered a bronze prize.
Gold players: I'm still waiting on one of you to submit a choice. So, I will not be stating results yet. Also, the options here are the Gold Trophy, the Gold Mystery or the 50 million yen. Please do not select either of the other options. There is enough profit here that you should be able to use the 50M and some loans to buy a ticket.

Silver players: Just to clarify, you can maintain the rest of your list, the only thing I need gone is the Switcheroo. A bronze player will be getting that instead.

I've sent out everyone's prizes. If any player does not like their prize, and Hayami Tenjo is capable of selecting it, please give it to Hayami.
(Although everyone got either their first or second preference.)
Edit: Just to note, if you do that, please tell me, so that I can include it in the outbox screenshot. Also, I deleted all messages in my outbox except for the 11 messages saying "Please select the _" and my message to Barbaro saying "I select the _"

A few people have asked me about who got what prize. I do not have any intention of telling people this. This is for security, if player X wishes to stop player Y getting a prize, then other people find out what player Y is getting, then X just takes that item, and now Y doesn't get anything. So, I'm not telling anyone any prizes other than their own, and request that everyone keeps their prize a secret.
