Hi there
Brief intro, im a young, bored guy making his way round the internet, this looked interesting so i applied as a sub a little while ago, and now my numbers been called I guess. i havent been following the tournament in the slightest coz i figured there was heaps of subs in front of me, so if anyone wants to write me a brief history that'd be nice.
So yeah, i look forward to playing with and against all of you. if your someone of any importance, or have something important to say then message me and we can talk further.
I believe that wraps up my business here, i guess i dont want to give to much away as to any insight into my psyche or something like that. have a good day all.

Hello Ishida! It's nice to see another new face on the forums! ;D
Hmm... a history... well I've only been here for Round 2, but basically the rules for Round 1, Revival Round 1, Round 2, and Revival Round 2 are up in the Dealers' Table section of the forums if you want to read the rules and see what games have gone on. I don't know exactly how other groups did during their games, but Round 2 for me got completely screwed over by inactives... basically only 3 out of 6 people participated, so they kinda won by default...
Umm... right now, there's the 2nd revival round and the 2nd mystery round going on? I'm guessing you'll be joining Round 3, but you can still talk to people and see what's going on!
In the way of minigames, the "Substitute Alliance" (myself, Aisuke Setsuna, and Yomohiro Rie), as we were called way back when we were still waiting as substitutes before the wave of inactives, have created a Liar (mini)Game Tournament that we're trying to get people involved with! Right now, the signups for Round 2 are going on, and new players are welcome to join! Then, there's also the Flooding Game where you can gain a 500,000 yen prize by flooding me out and correctly guessing the predetermined truth/lie condition. That was pretty busy until the Revival and Mystery Rounds started.
If you need the social history, I can't really help you with that, but maybe someone else can?
Also, we're going through a substitute deficiency right now, so there is NO line at all... ;D

Hi Watsuki, i thought bara sora was also part of the sub alliance?
a nice person came on the chatbox and told me all about who was winning at different points and who to watch out for
if anyone wants to chip in a social history that'd be good, the player who i talked to on the chatbox mentioned there was a tournament before this one.

My friend in school is a member of said alliance and I'm up to date on their actions to the point of being accused of being my friend XD

thanks for clearing that up! I thought it was strange that someone who was not a sub would be part of the sub alliance, i guess i should still watch out for you being a finalist of the previous tournament, congratulations on that.

In fact i got the link to the previous tournament and narrowed you down to two previous players. Sagaro told me who he was, and who navarre was as they were finalists then and dealers now, and i was told you were a finalist, and considering you chose a female character and have your old username in that signature of yours its not a huge stretch of the imagination to guess who you are. i imagine youve already mentioned it somewhere making my research pointless, but i can truly say im honoured to be up against such a succesful player, best of luck!

No Dysania did not tell me that, another player did (who shall remain anonymous).
Setsuna, according to my database your one or LSRose's real life friends, either Twelve of Spades or Khione. If my information is correct that means you lost in the penultimate round of the previous tournament, quite an impressive achievment.
Should i take a public invitation to join an alliance seriously? I certainly don't want to make an enemy out of such powerful players, but you may just be toying with me i fear

Oh, I think the Sub Alliance offer is quite genuine. Welcome, Ishida. Your research prowess is quite impressive. I'm afraid I'm rather lazy in comparison.
On another note, you'll not find much on me as this is the first time I've ever played LGT. Although I've already become quite addicted to it. And if you'll excuse me, I'll just grab yours and Sora's IM's, just in case I ever find myself in the same group as you...

I don't really like correcting others especially if they have already elegantly collected all of this information, but I'm not either of those two previous players… actually… And my name is Aisuke-san - I believe I've told you this already. Anyways on our topic, I can get where you are coming from, as I know one of the two in real life (I won't tell you which one actually). But - no, no. No one even thinks of me as a powerful player ~ just look at my win/lose record.
And you should. It'll be fun! Actually, the Substitute Alliance doesn't meddle with in-game affairs, we just provide the spice on all that is good and sweet. Anyways, join A Liar's Memory.

You seem a lot like me with your research and not-so-subtle notes on who's who! I'm pretty sure Aitou was talking to you... he seems to like flaunting his prowess and knowledge! Anyway, welcome again to the tournament and the Substitute Alliance, assuming you accepted that invite! ;D On another note, you'll not find much on me as this is the first time I've ever played LGT. Although I've already become quite addicted to it. Like Satake, this is the first time playing, and I've become VERY addicted! ...to the point where I'm the most active player despite being the 43rd to join... Admittedly, I was addicted to the manga before joining this, so that's probably why I'm so addicted! This is a very fun game imo, and I hope you enjoy playing it! Also, as previously noted and endlessly emphasized: EVERYONE SHOULD JOIN THE LMGT! So far, only Satake's signed up for A Liar's Memory... WE NEED MORE ACTIVE PLAYERS! |
