Exhibition Game - On A Roll
After exiting the Liar Game Tournament, you are taken to a lovely Casino to relax and enjoy yourselves... Well, that would be the case if it were built yet. Sadly, the place is still in construction, but there is a large billboard proclaiming "The LGT Casino has not yet been completed. Please come again soon!" Near the bottom of the building are a number of previous players, the ones who were eliminated early on. The stragglers who decided to hang around and watch the rest of the fun. In front of them is a dealer whom you've never seen. As the last few players enter the crowd, a table rises up from below him, raising him into the air as the crowd hushes and looks at him.
"Gree- um... Greetings! Hmm... Is this thing on? Hmm...""TESTING TESTING"
The onlookers cringe back and look at each other in confusion as the dealer continues, "Ah, that's better, can you hear me now? You can? Good. Then on to why you're here. As you can see," he waves his hand behind him, "there is a new attraction coming up. I'm sure a few of you remember the Carousel, correct? Well, after the, um, incidents that happened there, the LGT has decided to partake in more, shall we say, legal operations... We've taken the necessary precautions and removed all hot dogs from the premises. At any rate, I welcome you to the LGT Casino!" He turns around and presents the half-finished building with a flourish. He waits for applause, and upon receiving none, turns around to continue with his speech.
"Ah well, this will be more spectacular once it's completed, but we're only waiting on the final few hundred million yen of funds before construction can be completed. It seems there are a few of you who were unable to pay back your debts. As you can see, they will not be joining you. Ahahaha." A chuckle emerges from his lips and his eyes glint with malice. "So while we are waiting for the final stages of construction to finish, I invite you all to join a game in which you can win money for the Casino! Yes, that's right, even before joining, you can gain money usableonly in the Casino! Just step right up and partake in this free, I repeat, free game of roulette!" He looks around at the crowd before flipping off the table and bringing the cloth cover with him. The table underneath is unmistakably a roulette wheel, though there is no betting table.
From under the table, he pulls out a metal case as well as three sets of what appear to be ballot boxes. The metal case opens to reveal colored poker chips and matching pads of paper. These colors also decorate the ballot boxes: one of each color in each set. The dealer once again turns to face the crowd, "Now, who's ready to play?" ... ... ... There is no answer as the onlookers just stand there, speechless. The newest dealer smacks his head and remarks, "Oh yes, the rules, how could I forget?" as he pulls out a long scroll of paper and pins it up to the side of the building. "Here you are! Come along and read it! I'm here to answer any questions you have of me!"

Dependent on the number of players that sign up. A maximum of 100M can be earned from this game, though good luck getting it. Also, there's a cap of 25M per player, so make sure to allocate your winnings appropriately!

Sign up in a reply on this thread. Yes, we want signups public. We will need at least 4 players before starting. If we get over 10 players, the game will be split into 2 groups (yes, that can happen). Anyone may sign up. Yes, that includes players (eliminated or not) and dealers. And the money is only good for those participating in the Casino and will be given to you upon entrance. But everyone and anyone is welcome to sign up. And the more people we get, the more winnings you get!
Setup:
Each of you has different colored poker chips as represented by the color of your name in the player list. You start out with 10 chips and can gain them as the game goes on. Their use will be explained momentarily.
Scenario:
You are sitting at a (obviously rigged) roulette table. However, instead of a board for betting, each player has 3 ballot boxes or "bins" with his/her name on them on the table. They are labeled "VOTE," "REMOVE," and "RESTRICT." Each of you also has a number in front of your seat which matches a number on the roulette wheel. You also have a pad of colored paper that matches your poker chips. And of course, you have the 10 poker chips that you received at the beginning of the game!
Gameplay:
There will be 10 rounds. The first and last rounds will be 48 hours each to allow extra planning and strategizing. Each other round will last 24 hours.
Players are numbered starting from 0 by the order that they signed up for this game. In other words, the first player to sign up is Player 0, the second is Player 1, the third is Player 2, and so on.
Each round, players must write down a number from 0 to 100 on a piece of colored paper and drop it into their own "VOTE" bins (PM me: player43 with the number). A number above 100 or below 0 will change to a vote of 0 for the round.
At the end of each round, the pieces of paper are removed from the "VOTE" bins. These numbers are added up, and the total is divided by the number of players. The roulette ball goes around the table and passes as many slots as there were votes. Thus, the roulette ball lands on the number equal to the remainder. For example, If there were 6 players and the total was 12, the remainder would be 0, so player 0 would win. If the total was 13, the remainder would be 1, so player 1 would win. However, if the total is 0 for any reason, no one wins the round.
Players may also drop poker chips into another player's (or their own) "REMOVE" or "RESTRICT" bins (once again, PM me: player43 saying you do so). The functions of these bins are as follows:
REMOVE: An odd number of poker chips in any player's "REMOVE" bin prevents that player from winning that round. In the event that the player would normally win, no one wins the round.
RESTRICT: If there are any poker chips in a player's "RESTRICT" bin, that player's vote is counted as a 0 for the round. Multiple poker chips do not affect this. The player may still win the round.
Any chips placed in bins are removed at the end of the round and kept for the player whose bin they were placed in.
The winner of a round receives one poker chip of his/her own color and a point!
Updates:
Each round, the number and color of chips in each player's "REMOVE" and "RESTRICT" bins will be revealed. They will be kept for the respective player until the end of the game (i.e. not given to him/her until after the end of the 10th round). Then, the dealer will reveal each player's vote, spin the roulette, and determine the winner of the round. The players' status will be updated in a separate post as well as in this one (under Players). Players are listed as follows:

i.e. If Player X were player 2 and the color green with 4 chips and 3 points, and if Player Y were player 4 and the color orange with 7 chips and 1 point:

These above-mentioned poker chips may be cashed in for .5M yen per participating player. In other words, if there are 4 players, each is worth 2M yen. If there are 5 players, each is worth 2.5M yen. If there are 6 players, each is worth 3M yen, etc.
If 2 people are tied, the poker chips are each worth half as much. If 3, the poker chips are worth a third of the normal amount. If 4, they are worth a fourth. If 5, they are worth a fifth, and so on and so forth. Also, the smallest denomination of money is .5M yen, so the received money will be rounded down to the nearest .5M yen.
All poker chips of that color can be turned in, no matter who ended up with the chip. Chips placed in a "REMOVE" or "RESTRICT" bin are given to the player whose bin it is, and that player may cash in those chips at the end of the game.
Inactivity:
Inactive players are considered both removed and restricted for the purposes of the game.
