Round 3
Alydar looks up from his stopwatch and remarks, “Time’s up! Let’s see what the scores are this time?” He begins at player 0, the winner of the previous round. The revealed vote is 8. Opening the bins, he finds a yellow chip in the RESTRICT bin, so the current total is 0. “Hmm... an early restriction. Let's see how that bodes for the current round." At player 1, the red paper inside reveals the number 31. However, yet another yellow chip was in the RESTRICT bin, so the total remains at 0. At player 2, there is an empty vote bin. And there was also a yellow poker chip inside the RESTRICT bin. "Ah, I see you have no wish to win. Oh well, not that it mattered anyway." He flips the purple portion of the roulette wheel over to reveal the black underside.
Now at player 3, the VOTE bin has the number 5. As there a blue poker chip in the RESTRICT bin, the total is still 0. Player 4 cast a vote of 21, and for once there were no chips in either bin. The total finally rose above 0, to a total of 21. Player 5 voted 4 but received a green chip in his RESTRICT bin. The total is still 21. Player 6 placed a vote, one of 78, and she received a blue poker chip in the RESTRICT bin. The total remains at 21. Finally, at player 7, the final vote of 60 was placed, and yet another blue poker chip was placed in the RESTRICT bin. The total ended at the low, low value of 21.
“Well, that was an interesting voting period. It seems our winner is determined by a single vote. Let's see who it is!" The roulette ball is released and slowly goes around twice to land finally at blue. "Well, well. It appears that player 5 has won this round. Congratulations!" Alydar hands a blue poker chip to Wada Mitsuru and applauds.
He steps away from the table and leaves the players to their awkward shuffling and silence. A sundial rises up from the ground, and he lies on his seat, watching as the shadow begins to envelop the timepiece.
At the end of the second round, Wada Mitsuru pulls up to tie in first place with Barbaro. Clearly, it is still anyone’s game. The current standings are as follows:
0. Barbaro (11) – 1 point
1. Satake Kazuyasu (10) – 0 points
2. Aisuke Setsuna (10) – 0 points
3. Kaitani Katsumi (9) – 0 points
4. Kuwabara Kimura (7) – 0 points
5. Wada Mitsuru (8) – 1 point
6. Yomohiro Rie (10) – 0 points
7. Sagaro (9) – 0 points
From bins, players will receive the following poker chips at the end of the game:

Satake Kazuyasu: 1 yellow
Aisuke Setsuna: 1 yellow

Also, I will be without access to a computer tomorrow from about 5:30 pm GMT to about 2:30 am GMT the following day, possibly later. As such, this round will be slightly extended to accommodate that. Any PMs related to this game sent after 2:30 am GMT on March 9 will not be counted, whether the results are up by then or not.
