Round 9
With a loud snap, Alydar closes his pocket watch. "I suppose it's time to move on to votes, now isn't it? Let's begin with Kimura-san this time!" He walks over to yellow and opens the VOTE bin, revealing nothing inside. "Ah, that's a shame, now isn't it... I guess you won't be catching up this round." He flips over the yellow tile to black and opens the other two bins. Kuwabara Kimura is also restricted with a single brown poker chip. Next is Wada Mitsuru whose vote is 22. Not only was he restricted with a single brown poker chip, but he was also removed by a single green poker chip. The blue tile is flipped to black. Now at Yomohiro Rie, there is another empty VOTE bin and another brown poker chip in the RESTRICT bin. Because of inactivity, the gray tile is flipped to black. And Alydar moves on...
Next is Sagaro whose vote of 47 is restricted by a green poker chip. In addition, a single yellow poker chip removes him. The brown tile is flipped to black, and Barbaro's bin is opened. The vote is 8, and there is no restriction, so the current total rises for once to 8. However, there is a single yellow poker chip in his REMOVE bin, so the white tile is flipped to black. Next is red, and the vote is 19. With nothing in either bin for once, the total rises to 27. At purple, the VOTE bin is empty, so despite having no chips placed in bins, the purple tile is flipped to black. Finally, at Kaitani Katsumi, the vote is 8. There are no poker chips in either of his other bins, so the total does indeed rise to 35. "Well, well, well! This was a very interesting round! Empty votes, restrictions galore, three successful removals... Will there even be a winner in all this madness?"
The ball spins around 4 times, black, red, black, green, black, black, black, black, passing all of the flipped tiles to somehow, miraculously land on green. "A winner we have here, and another is tied for second. That lead of one point is growing ever harder to maintain. At any rate, Green, come collect your chip!" He pulls out a green poker chip and hands it off to Kaitani Katsumi. He goes back to his chair and sits in it, pulling out a metronome and murmuring the count to himself.
Here are the current results:
0. Barbaro (8) - 1 point
1. Satake Kazuyasu (9) - 1 point
2. Aisuke Setsuna (6) - 0 points
3. Kaitani Katsumi (8) - 1 point
4. Kuwabara Kimura (0) - 1 point
5. Wada Mitsuru (8) - 2 points
6. Yomohiro Rie (10) - 0 points

Your chances grow even slimmer as each round passes, and these are the final two rounds. Think not only of winning, but also of allotting your winnings. Remember the cap of 25M...
Good luck, and you have 24 hours from the time of this post before you must submit your vote.
