Alright, I’ve finally decided to post a speech-of-sorts. Better late than never. I won’t get into the details of the games because duh, there’s a whole thread to brag about how awesome I am and stuff. I think I’m supposed to be humble and nice here.
First off, I want to say that it’s been a blast. An addictive, deceptive and delightfully angering blast, but yeah, you know what I mean. Getting to the finals and winning felt incredibly good, even more so after you think about all the things you had to do to get there. And such an amazing experience couldn’t have been true without every other player who joined and gave their all in the tournament.
Kaitani, you were a reliable ally and we could count on you when we needed to. Except when we couldn't because you were too busy being inactive. But still, one of the coolest players who got killed at Siege. I would have liked you to move on, you certainly deserved to. If you decide to play LGT3, I'm sure you will be a fearsome player. Again.
Fujimoto, even though you got sloppy at the end, you played a very important part in this tournament. Somehow, you managed to be a key player in several occasions. And you certainly decided the outcome of Round 4, so I thank you for that (even if Aitou later will say YEAH I WANTED THAT TO HAPPEN GUISE).
Bara Sora, Rie and Setsuna, you three get a shared mention, deal with it. Rose, you are a very fun girl to chat with and you were always open to suggestions and whatever evil plot I had in mind (most of the times you were oblivious to the evilness of them, but the intention still counts!). You were one of the most important players here and a central influence point. I also regret that you had to quit at the Siege game. Rie, I only talked ot you when you were stealing Rose's computer but you are a cool extension of her. I hope to see more of you as an individual at LGT3. Setsuna, even though you had strange ways of doing stuff, one must admit that you certainly wanted to make things interesting (and most of the times you succeeded). I respect that and I also hope to see more of you at LGT3. Make everyone acknowledge what a real pain in the ass is.
Shichiro, you know I love you but fuck were you dumb sometimes. Still, I've always respected the dedication you put into the game and you had quite a way of making yourself an important player. You've managed to have a possitive attitude during the whole tournament and I'm pretty sure you have no regrets whatsoever, which is something you should be proud of. Now drop the good boy thing for LGT3 and go fucking nasty on everyone. They won't know what hit'em.
Satake, the lone wolf who isn't really lonely nor a wolf. I really enjoyed betraying you. That's what you get for trying to steal my bromance. Not sure if I told you this before, but if you would stop beign so damn lazy you would be an excellent leader. Think about this when you play LGT3. You have the potential to be a mayor force.
Ichii, even though I never played against you, I certainly enjoyed (and laughed at) your schemes. While some of your strategies were stupid, I loved the way you always tried an agressive strategy. If you can actually get around understanding how people work, you can actually fit the profile for someone's awesome nemesis.
Daisuke, every decision you made was wrong. I hope to see you at LGT3.
Yusuke, my man. Even though I couldn't get you through the Siege game, you managed to be a valuable ally and had you ways through the tournament. Your sneakiness had an unheard level. You were very important and yet really few players noticed you, which is worth a mention in my opinion.
Sada, you were the nicest player around. Well, kinda toe-on-toe with Shichiro because let's face it, he's a giant teddy bear or something. But you're super asian and therefore get some points on being a good person. You were a valuable ally and a skilled opponent. You had a quite unique playstyle. Not sure if you're aware of it, but you got this far by knowing where to stand and when. Social skills rank up and stuff.
Baldy Kaichi, you were a fearsome opponent and it was fun beating you to a pulp. Stop being so paranoid and go get laid for a change, you unlikable dude.
And last but not least, Chichuan. You entered really late in the tournament and yet you managed to make a name for yourself. Which is kinda ironic because your name is fucking retarded. I mean, Chichuan Tai, seriously. What the hell were you thinking. But still, you surprised me as a very down-to-earth player who was always open to reasoning and arguing. And you dislike Aitou, so you're cool.
And now, two special mentions:
First one goes for Usagi and Wada. I wouldn't have make it this far without you two, love you both. Now fight over who I love the most.
Second one goes for Sagaro and Barbaro. Because obviously, without them there wouldn't be a tournament at all. And shit, they dedicated this a fuckload of time. They have been planning this before freaking LGT1 and that's quite something. Also they had to put up with all of my (and Aitou's) bullshit, which was not small deal to be honest. They even drew me a giant heart and posted it on my vault once. It was the best day ever.
Almost done here, bear with me for a little longer. I have to advertise or my sponsors will hurt me again. I hate firetorches. In all seriousness, I encourage everyone reading this to join LGT3. Usagi and I will be dealing and we're trying our best to make it an incredible experience, different to any of the tournaments or interludes so far. And, if it goes as planned, far more brutal than what you can possibly imagine. We will crush your butts and make you kill your family and friends.
Alright, that's enough offensive jokes for today. Oh, who the hell am I lying to, it's never enough offensive jokes. But if I make this longer no one will read it. Implying someone will even if I end it here, I know.
Liar King the Second out. See you at LGT3, everyone!
P.S.: Aitou, your mention was too short. Have a pic for you.
