It's time to begin the scramble!
Your Captains have been elected by the Top-ranked players. Please refer to the relevant threads for details.
You have 48 hours to decide your actions for this round.
If you are claiming a liferaft, you MUST post in that thread.
Captains may PM seating priorities to myself AND Barbaro. Should a player be given Priority on a raft, he or she must actively claim it by posting on that raft's thread before the deadline, or it is not validated.
To press a button for a rival boat's bomb, please PM a dealer stating the bomb you wish to detonate: BLUE, GREEN or RED. One light for any bomb will not activate until all six pertinent buttons have been pressed on the opposing boats in the same round.
Any further questions, please ask the Dealers.
Good luck! ;D

im hopping on a liferaft to the blue boat (from the red boat) cheers. Just to clarify for everyone's benefit: To take a liferaft, you have to post in that liferaft's thread. Nowhere else. Though I'm sure everybody knows this, I did want to underline it this one time.

Clarification:
Captains! Your seating priority must be given to us for this hour to be used in the next hour. In other words, you can't give someone seating priority for the same round. So plan ahead!

Due to how late this clarification was: Captains have a 24 hour grace period to select seating priority for Hour 2, even though it will be during Hour 2 itself.
After that, you must have selected seating priority for Hour 3 in Hour 2, and so on.

How do captains plan a round ahead if they aren't sure who exactly will be on that ship? With these rules, couldn't a captain give priority to a player who s/he believes should be on his/her boat the next round but isn't actually because something happens at the last minute?

They can see who's boarding liferafts toward their Boats, as well as who is leaving their Boat. It is unlikely that a Captain won't know who will be on his/her Boat in the next round.
The reason this rule was instated was so Captains can't take away the seating right of someone after it's been claimed simply because they want to screw their plans. The Captain needs to have the foresight to do so beforehand, otherwise the player should not be penalized for showing their hand when boarding a Liferaft.
