OK... I think I got this right... Have I mentioned I hate the setting up of solutions for this game? I'll PM you all shortly.

(Also, Sada, I don't mind not getting the black letter... But, I can't see any way to give it to you while giving Suzuki the -120 and Kimura the +85. Not all solutions are possible.)
