As the title suggests, this game will undergo a lockdown for the rest of the period.
Me and my partner, Mikami Ren, have decided that no cans will be sent to any of you, and everyone that tries to take cans will end up in jail ^_^. Now you might be thinking, "screw you Fukuda, how do you expect to win then? You'll make us all lose!" In fact, many of you would probably think that. Or perhaps all of you... Regardless, I'll explain now.
From now till Night 10, there will be 2 Rounds that will be open where me and Mikami will take cans from the Safe. 7/9 chance of you completely missing it (since Night 1 has passed). In this lock-out, you have a chance of 2/9 to get cans. In the case you miss the luck, and you get it wrong, you end up in jail missing on the next night which is a potential chance for you to make cans. In the chance that you are too greedy, you'll kill off those chances. In fact, you could say, you'd lose the game for yourself (not for me and Mikami though, since we're going to win).
So you see, we'll be satisfied with the ending. We win, with hardly any cans (there being a total of 512,000 cans at the end of the game), and you guys get kicked out of the LGT, waiting for next year, when you can finally return.
Sounds like a good deal to me ^_^.
However, I'm not a dick. I want to be known as the best player in this tournament, so I'm giving you guys a chance to survive. Many of you will lose still, but I think it's best if you guys decide yourself: will you be the one to lose? All the same to me, because I'm still going to be in the top spots.
I want to make money though, if I help you guys. So this will be the trade in M-Tickets:
For 20 Million Yen, I'll let you guess when the Night is good for a steal and not a Jail Night.
For 40 Million Yen, I'll tell you the Round I plan on stealing and how much.
For 60 Million Yen, I'll let you tell me how much I should steal on a Night of your choice.
Seems perfectly logical to me.
The whole money thing applies to Mikami as well, but it’s entirely up to her for her prices. Maybe she’ll say what her prices are to you guys, or you might have to PM her on what her prices are.
Of course, it's up to her to decide to follow through on it.

If someone comes to me first about the 60 Million Yen thing on a night that other people want it, I'll take his/her money that night (again, applies to Mikami as well).
And with that, let the flustered players begin doing what they need to to survive ^_^!
